Terms & Conditions

  1. A deposit of 25% is required on reservation. The FULL BALANCE is payable a minimum of 8 weeks prior to arrival along with a £250 bond which will be returned in full within 2 weeks of the end of the holiday, provided there is no loss or damage to the villa.

  2. Failure to pay the balance at the due date will result in a loss of your deposit.

  3. We reserve the right to re-advertise your dates following none receipt of the final payment.

  4. If for any reason the client cancels the booking the following charges will apply;
    a. Greater than 8 weeks prior to departure = refund in full
    b. 4-8 weeks prior to departure = 50% of total rental charge
    c. Less than 4 weeks prior to departure = 100% of total rental charge

  5. We strongly advise all our clients to take out adequate travel insurance to cover all members of their party and aspects of their holiday.

  6. The client agrees to keep the property and all fittings, furniture and equipment and other contents in or on the property in a like state of repair and condition on commencement of the letting and will make good (or arrange for us to make good) any damage breakage or loss that may occur during the period of letting.

  7. The client agrees not to smoke, or allow any smoking inside the property.

  8. The owners cannot accept any liability for any personal injury, death or loss of client’s belongings at any time. Clients are requested to supervise children around the pool area and electrical equipment at all times.

  9. Force Majeure – No liability can be accepted by us when the contract is affected by ‘force majeure’. ‘Force majeure’ is any event that we could not, even with due care, foresee or avoid. These events include, but are not limited to; war, threat of war, riot, civil commotion, hostilities, industrial dispute, natural disaster, fire, terrorist activity, adverse weather, government action, technical problems with transportation or any other accounts outside our control.
